If any folks are a victum of this scam, ensure that it is reported to Western Union. They will require the transit number of the money order.
With that information, Western Union will release information, such as security videos and exact locations where the money orders were cashed.
The phone number to report these is 1 800 448 1492

I phoned the Manager of the Walmart in Olds and asked if he would make his employees and those manning the Western Union Kiost, aware of the details of the scam. And advise any seniors sending large sums of money of the scam. He agreed immediately.
I have emailed Walmart a cacustrel@wal-mart.com and asked them to have them do the same in stores with Western Union Kiosks.
Folks can do the same and email Walmart.
Also, if their local Walmart store has Western Union, advise the manager and get his cooperation.
